Meet Molly
Molly has been selling real estate for over three decades and she really enjoys helping people find the perfect home for exactly the right price or helping them sell their home in today’s challenging market.
Molly is a Florida native and went to high school in Jacksonville Beach, just up the road. She is a graduate of Emory University with a BSN and moved to the Washington, DC area to practice nursing. After eight years in coronary care, she decided to change careers to real estate, and has thoroughly enjoyed it ever since.
She lived in the Washington, DC area for 25 years before moving to Florida. She has been honored with many awards including RE/MAX Platinum Club, RE/MAX Chairman's Club, RE/MAX Hall of Fame Award, and is consistently ranked in the top 1% of agents nationally. She has lived in Hammock Dunes since 2004.
She has four children including a doctor, a veterinarian, a fireman, and a digital marketing professional. When she is not helping clients, she loves to play golf, ski, and scuba dive, and walk along the beach with her pup, Lilly. She also serves on Emory University’s Dean’s Council.

Gretchen has been a full time real estate agent since 2004 and has worked with the Molly Carey Team since 2014. Gretchen has won many industry awards throughout the years for multi million dollar production. Prior to real estate, Gretchen was a district sales manager for a national cosmetics company and managed 300 sales representatives.
